Chimichurri

Our chimichurri is one of the latest additions to our menu. Made of finely chopped scallions sauteed in olive oil then served with finely chopped oregano, this dish is perfect when paired with basic skirt steak. Moreover, we cooked this with red wine, vinegar, and seasoned it with salt and pepper to taste.

Mole

Mole is another new addition to our menu. Cooked with chocolate and spices, this dish is a delicious choice if you want a mix of spicy and sweet to awaken your palate. Moreover, this can be paired with our main dishes if you want an extra kick to your food.

Tracing its roots to Oaxaca, the enmolada is made of rolled corn stuffed with finely shredded chicken and cotija cheese that’s covered with large helpings of black mole. To add more texture and flavour, it’s topped with sesame seeds and grated cheese. It’s often called the cousin of enchilada.

Usually, this dish is made of poblanos, a dish stuffed with picadillo which is mainly made of pork, chopped fruits and fruits simmered with spices.
