    Tender pieces of Salmon and Halibut, added some shrimps and scallops and slow cook them in a silky cream and top it with a Pernod crème fraiche

    TRIO’S SALAD ROLL
    Fresh mixed greens rolled in cucumber and surrounded by a medley of red pepper, Julien of carrots, red onion, and drizzled with a blackberry balsamic reduction

    CHEF’S STYLE SMOKED SALMON
    Cold smoked at a slow rate gives you the best smoked salmon your palate will experience. Beautifully presented and accompanied with capers, red onion, lemon wedges and a warm blue cheese sauce on the side

    DUSTED CALAMARI
    Flour dusted with our blend of spices, fried to the perfect crispness and served with a Chipotle mayo. Make this a perfect start to a great meal!

    8oz NEW YORK STEAK
    8oz of mouthwatering Canadian AAA sirloin aged and cut in-house and grilled to perfection. This dish is complimented with a brandy, Madagascar green peppercorn and Maple sauce

    STUFFED BREAST OF CHICKEN SUPREME
    Stuffed with spinach and a maple ricotta cheese blend. Pan seared and finished in the oven topped with a light spinach sauce. This dish is both tasty and eye appealing

    THE GARDENER’S CHOICE
    A large portabella mushroom marinated in olive oil, white wine, garlic and our blend of fresh herbs. We grill and stuff it with spinach, diced tomatoes, garlic and topped with feta cheese. Baked until cheese is golden and serve it with a brie and pecan risotto accompanied with chef’s choice of fresh vegetables

    SEAFOOD MAC AND CHEESE
    House made cheese sauce loaded with Canadian bacon, baby shrimp, baby scallops and green onions topped with butter herbed bread crumbs and baked to perfection
